Transliteration

dharme ca śraddadhānasya tapasy ugre ca vartataḥ | kālena mahatā tasya divyā dṛṣṭir ajāyata ||

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「彼は揺るがず—ダルマへの信を満たし、苛烈な苦行に身を置いて—長い時を経たのち、その身に神聖なる視（まなこ）が生じたのである。」
