अनालम्भे हादोष: स्यादालम्भे दोष उत्तम: | एवं स्थितस्य शास्त्रस्य दुर्विज्ञेये बलाबलम्
Translation
「なぜなら、祭祀（ヤジュニャ）などの行いにおいて、アーランバ（ālambha）――着手し、取りかかること――をしなければ過失は生じないが、ひとたび着手すれば大いなる過失を招くからである。このように教えが成り立っている以上、ヴェーダの言葉の強弱を見極めるのはきわめて難しい。」
