Determination of the Means to Liberation
न मूलघात: कर्तव्यो नैष धर्म: सनातन: । अपि स्वल्पवधेनैव प्रायश्षित्तं विधीयते
dyumatsena uvāca |
na mūlaghātaḥ kartavyo naiṣa dharmaḥ sanātanaḥ |
api svalpavadhenaiva prāyaścittaṃ vidhīyate ||
デュマツセーナは言った。「根を断つべきではない。全滅を求めてはならぬ。その道は永遠のダルマではない。軽く、しかも相応の刑によってさえ贖罪は成就し、罪人の罪はそれによって落とされる。」
