मृत्योर्ब्रह्मणा नियोजनम् — The Commissioning of Mṛtyu by Brahmā

कामबन्धनमेवैकं॑ नान्यदस्तीह बन्धनम्‌ । कामबन्धनमुक्तो हि ब्रह्मुभूयाय कल्पते

Transliteration

kāmabandhanam evaikaṁ nānyad astīha bandhanam | kāmabandhanamukto hi brahmabhūyāya kalpate ||

Translation

ヴィヤーサは宣言した。「この世における真の束縛は欲望ただ一つであり、ほかに縛る鎖はない。欲望の桎梏を離れた者は、ブラフマンの境地に到るにふさわしく、霊的自由と最高の安寧に住する。」
