Adhyāya 249 — Mṛtyu-prādurbhāvaḥ (The Manifestation of Death) / Restraint of Tejas and Ordered Saṃhāra

उत्तमां बुद्धिमास्थाय ब्रह्म भूयान्‌ भविष्यसि । संतीर्ण: सर्वसंसारात्‌ प्रसन्नात्मा विकल्मष:

uttamāṁ buddhim āsthāya brahma bhūyān bhaviṣyasi | saṁtīrṇaḥ sarvasaṁsārāt prasannātmā vikalmaṣaḥ ||

ヴィヤーサは言った。「最上の覚知に帰依するなら、汝はより完全にブラフマン(Brahman)に確立される。世の輪廻の全てを渡り越えたのち、汝は澄みわたる安らかな自己として、汚れなく住するであろう。」
