कर्म–ज्ञान–दैव–स्वभावविचारः

Inquiry into Karma, Knowledge, Fate, and Nature

उग्रसेन उवाच यस्य संकल्पते लोको नारदस्य प्रकीर्तने । मन्ये स गुणसम्पन्नो ब्रूहि तन्मम पृच्छत:,उग्रसेन बोले--जनार्दन! सब लोग जिनके गुणोंका कीर्तन करनेकी इच्छा रखते हैं, वे नारदजी मेरी समझमें अवश्य उत्तम गुणोंसे सम्पन्न हैं; अतः मैं उनके गुणोंके विषयमें पूछता हूँ, तुम मुझे बताओ

Ugrasena uvāca: yasya saṅkalpate loko Nāradasya prakīrtane | manye sa guṇasampanno brūhi tan mama pṛcchataḥ ||

ウグラセーナは言った。「ジャナールダナよ。世の人々がナーラダにおいてその徳を讃えたいと願うほどの者は、まことに優れた資質を具えているに違いない。ゆえにその資質について汝に問う、我に語ってくれ。」
