लक्ष्मीसहितमासीनं मघवन्तं दिदृक्षव:,उस परम पवित्र एवं मनोवाडञ्छित प्रदेशमें राजलक्ष्मीसहित इन्द्रदेवका दर्शन करनेके लिये प्रायः सभी देवता उपस्थित हो गये
lakṣmīsahitam āsīnaṃ maghavantaṃ didṛkṣavaḥ | tasmin parama-pavitre ca manovāñchita-pradeśe rājalakṣmīsahitam indradevaṃ darśayituṃ prāyaḥ sarve devā upasthitā abhavan |
釈迦羅は言った。ラクシュミーとともに座すマガヴァン(インドラ)を拝見しようと、ほとんどすべての神々が、至上に清らかで心の望むその地に集い、王者の福徳を伴うインドラのダルシャナ(拝観)を求めた。
शक्र उवाच
Prosperity and sovereignty (Lakṣmī/Rājalakṣmī) are portrayed as inseparable from rightful divine order: when authority is aligned with auspicious power and purity, it naturally becomes an object of reverent attention. The verse also highlights the ethical idea that sacredness and right arrangement attract worthy assembly and support.
Śakra describes a scene where the gods gather in a supremely pure, much-desired place to behold Indra seated with Lakṣmī—an image of Indra’s established rule and auspicious majesty, prompting a collective divine audience (darśana).
