यच्च प्राज्ञो नरस्तात सात्त्विकीं वृत्तिमास्थित:

yacca prājño naras tāta sāttvikīṁ vṛttim āsthitaḥ

ビーシュマは言った。「そして、愛しき者よ、賢者が選び取り、サットヴァ的(sāttvika)な行い—清らかで、均衡し、明澄へと向かう—に住するなら、その気質こそが正しい生と倫理の堅固さの基となる。」
