Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca | śriyā vihīnam āsīnam akṣobhyām iva sāgaram | bhavābhavajñaṃ bhūtānām ity uvāca purandaraḥ ||

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「（インドラは）彼についてこう語った。『王の吉祥を失いながらも、彼は動じずに座していた——揺るがぬ大海のごとく。時の推移に従う衆生の興亡を知り尽くしていたからである。』」そのとき、神々の主インドラはダイティヤ王ナムチのもとへ赴き、次のように告げた—
