भूतानां निधन निष्ठा स्रोतसामिव सागर: । नैतत् सम्यग्विजानन्तो नरा मुहान्ति वज्धृक्,वज्रधारी इन्द्र! जैसे जलके प्रवाहोंका अन्तिम आश्रय समुद्र है, उसी प्रकार शरीरधारियोंकी अन्तिम गति मृत्यु है। जो पुरुष इस बातको अच्छी तरह जानते हैं, वे कभी मोहमें नहीं पड़ते हैं
Translation
「金剛を執るインドラよ。あらゆる水の流れがついには海を終の依り処とするように、身を帯びる者の究極の帰着は死である。この理を正しく知る者は、決して迷妄に陥らぬ。」
