अमात्यो मे भव प्राज्ञ पितेवेह प्रशाधि माम् । न ते5स्ति भयमस्मत्तो जीवितेनात्मन: शपे
amātyo me bhava prājña piteveha praśādhi mām | na te 'sti bhayam asmatto jīvitena ātmanaḥ śape ||
ビーシュマは言った。「賢者よ、余の大臣となり、父のごとくここにて余を導き、なすべきことを教えよ。余は己が命にかけて誓う――汝は余から（また我らの側から）何一つ恐れるには及ばぬ。」
