दीर्घदर्शी–दीर्घसूत्र–संप्रतिपत्तिमान् आख्यानम्

The Parable of Foresight, Procrastination, and Presence of Mind

लोके च लभते पूजां परत्रेह महत्‌ फलम्‌

loke ca labhate pūjāṃ paratreha mahat phalam |

ビーシュマは言った。このような行いによって生きる者は、この世で名誉を得、後の世で大いなる報いを得る。罪を離れれば、たちまち多くの人々の敬意を集め、さまざまな幸福を享受し、自らの卓越した善業の力によって守られる。かくして彼はこの生において至る所で尊ばれ、現世にも来世にも大いなる果報を分かち受ける。
