सो5हं वागग्रविद्यानां रसानामवलेहिता । स्वजात्यानधितिष्ठामि नक्षत्राणीव चन्द्रमा:
so 'haṃ vāg-agra-vidyānāṃ rasānām avalehitā | sva-jātyān adhitiṣṭhāmi nakṣatrāṇīva candramāḥ ||
プラフラーダ（Prahlāda）は言った。「我は言語の諸学の先頭に立ち、諸々の精髄（ラサ, rasa）を味わい、汲み出す者である。我は我が同族を統べる。月が星々を統べるがごとく。」
