अनुयुञ्जीत कृत्यानि सर्वाण्येव महीपति: । आगमैरुपदिष्टानि स्वस्य चैव परस्यथ च,राजा अपने तथा दूसरेको भी शास्त्रमें बताये हुए समस्त कर्मोमें ही लगावे

Transliteration

anuyuñjīta kṛtyāni sarvāṇy eva mahīpatiḥ | āgamair upadiṣṭāni svasya caiva parasya ca ||

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。王は、権威ある教えが示すあらゆる務めと必要な行いに、怠りなく身を投じるべきである。自らの行状に関わることも、他者に関わることも同様にである。そうして統治は、私情の気まぐれではなく、経典に則ったダルマの規律の上に据えられる。
