गोत्रस्य नाशं कुर्वन्ति गणभेदस्य कारकम्‌ । कुलोंमें जो कलह होते हैं, उनकी यदि कुलके वृद्ध पुरुषोंने उपेक्षा कर दी तो वे कलह गणोंमें फ़ूट डालकर समस्त कुलका नाश कर डालते हैं

Transliteration

gotrasya nāśaṁ kurvanti gaṇabhedasya kārakam |

Translation

ビーシュマは言う。「派閥の分裂を招く者は、家系の滅亡をもたらす。家の内に争いが起こっても長老たちがそれを顧みなければ、その争いは一族の諸群を裂き、ついには血脈のすべてを滅ぼす。」
