वैशम्पायन उवाच त्वद्युक्तोडयमनुप्रश्नो यन्मां पृच्छसि पार्थिव । तत्ते5हं सम्प्रवक्ष्यामि यथावद्‌ भरतर्षभ

Transliteration

Vaiśampāyana uvāca: tvad-yukto 'yam anupraśno yan māṃ pṛcchasi pārthiva | tat te 'haṃ sampravakṣyāmi yathāvad bharatarṣabha ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「王よ、その追い問はまことに相応しい。そなたが私にそれを尋ねるゆえである。ゆえに、婆羅多族の雄牛よ、私は正しく余すところなくそなたに説き明かそう。」
