Duryodhana’s Post-Duel Lament and Instructions (भग्नसक्थस्य विलापः)
अज्ञातवासचर्या च नानावेषसमावृतै: । अन्ये च बहव: क्लेशात् त्वशक्तैरिव सर्वदा,उन्होंने नाना प्रकारके वेशोंमें अपनेको छिपाकर अज्ञातवासका कष्ट भोगा। इसके सिवा और भी बहुत-से क्लेश उन्हें असमर्थ पुरुषोंके समान सदा सहन करने पड़े हैं
ajñātavāsacaryā ca nānāveṣasamāvṛtaiḥ | anye ca bahavaḥ kleśāt tvaśaktair iva sarvadā ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「彼らはさまざまな姿に身をやつし、正体を隠して生きる苦難に耐えた。さらにそれだけでなく、無力な男であるかのように、絶えず多くの災厄を背負わされ、選び取った道を守るために苦痛を忍んで受け入れたのだ。」
