शिवं महापुण्यमिदं दिवौकसां सुसम्मतं सर्वगुणै: समन्वितम्‌ | अतश्न सर्वे निहता नूपा रणे यास्यन्ति पुण्यां गतिमक्षयां सदा

śivaṃ mahāpuṇyam idaṃ divaukasāṃ susammataṃ sarvaguṇaiḥ samanvitam | ataś na sarve nihatā nṛpā raṇe yāsyanti puṇyāṃ gatim akṣayāṃ sadā

ラーマは言った。「ここは吉祥にして至上の功徳を宿し、天上の神々に認められ、あらゆる徳に満ちた地である。ゆえに、戦場で討たれたこれらの王たちは皆、清らかで滅びぬ境地に—永遠に—至るであろう。」
