Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | tasmān nadī-gataṃ cāpi udapānaṃ yaśasvinaḥ | tritasya ca mahārāja jagāmātha halāyudhaḥ ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「大王よ、川中にあるその聖地を発って、ハラーユダ（バララーマ）は、サラスヴァティーの水の中に位置する、仙人トリタの名高い井戸の聖地（ウダパーナ・ティールタ）へと赴いた。」
