ṛte vṛkodarāt pārthāt sa ca nātikṛtaśramaḥ |
サンジャヤは言った。「プリター(クンティー)の子、ヴリコーダラ・ビーマセーナを除いて、棍棒の一騎討ちでドゥルヨーダナに真に対抗できる者は見当たらぬ。しかもビーマでさえ、まだ大きく力を削られてはいない。」
संजय उवाच

Sañjaya reports to Dhṛtarāṣṭra his observation of the battlefield situation: Duryodhana’s prowess in mace-fighting is such that only Bhīma appears capable of facing him effectively, and Bhīma remains comparatively unwearied—foreshadowing the climactic duel.
