युधिछ्िर उवाच उत्तिषोत्तिष्ठ गान्धारे मां योधय सुयोधन । एक एकेन संगम्य संयुगे गदया बली
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | uttiṣṭhottiṣṭha gāndhāre māṃ yodhaya suyodhana | eka ekena saṅgamya saṃyuge gadayā balī ||
ユディシュティラは言った。「起て、起て、ガーンドハーリーの子よ――スヨーダナよ！ 来て我と戦え。汝はまことに強い。ゆえにこの戦いでは、ただ一人の勇士と正面から相まみえ、ガダー（棍棒）によって己の武勇を示せ。心を一つにして戦え。」
