Dvaipāyana-hrade Duryodhanasya Māyā — Yudhiṣṭhirasya Dharmoktiḥ (Śalya-parva, Adhyāya 30)
ते त॑ हदे समासाद्य यत्र शेते जनाधिप:
te taḍe samāsādya yatra śete janādhipaḥ | jitvā vā pṛthivīṁ bhuṅkṣva hato vā svargam āptu hi ||
サンジャヤは語った。王が身を潜めて横たわる湖の岸に至ると、彼らは水中に憩う、攻略しがたいその王にこう告げた。「大王よ、起ち上がり、我らと共にユディシュティラと戦われよ。勝てば大地の王権を享受し、倒れれば天界に至られよう。」
