राहुरग्रसदादित्यमपर्वणि विशाम्पते । उल्का चाप्यपसव्येन पुरं कृत्वा व्यशीर्यत
rāhur agrasad ādityam aparvaṇi viśāmpate | ulkā cāpy apasavyena puraṃ kṛtvā vyaśīryata ||
ヴィドゥラは言った。「民の主よ、ラーहुは不吉な時に太陽を呑み、また燃えさかる流星が左回りという凶の道筋で都を巡って――やがて砕け散った。これは、統治者が正しき行いと慎み深い自制を捨てるとき、乱れと災厄が迫ることを告げる兆しである。」
