नारद उवाच
The verse highlights the ideal of royal magnificence and orderly governance: a king’s court is portrayed as vast, radiant, and well-proportioned—suggesting that political authority is expected to be supported by grandeur, stability, and proper arrangement.
Nārada is describing an extraordinary, luminous assembly hall to the king, emphasizing its immense scale (hundreds of yojanas) and its perfect dimensions, possibly even exceeding the stated measure.
