तच्छुत्वा विदुरो धीमान् कलिद्वारमुपस्थितम् | विनाशमुखमुत्पन्नं धृतराष्ट्रमुपाद्रवत्,बुद्धिमानू विदुर कलहके द्वाररूप जूएका अवसर उपस्थित हुआ सुनकर और विनाशका मुख प्रकट हुआ जान धुृतराष्ट्रके पास दौड़े आये
tac chrutvā viduro dhīmān kalidvāram upasthitam | vināśamukham utpannaṃ dhṛtarāṣṭram upādravat ||
それを聞くや、賢者ヴィドゥラは――争いへの門が現れ、滅亡の相が立ち上がったことを悟り――災厄が広がる前に諫めて押しとどめようと、ただちにドリタラーシュトラのもとへ急いだ。
