Jarāsandha–Bhīma Niyuddha-prastāvaḥ
Commencement of the Regulated Duel
तान् पाद्यमधुपकाह्िन् गवार्हान् सत्कृतिं गतान् | प्रत्युत्थाय जरासंध उपतस्थे यथाविधि,वे पाद्य, मधुपर्क और गोदान पानेके योग्य थे। उनका सर्वत्र सत्कार होता था। उन्हें आया देख जरासंध उठकर खड़ा हो गया और उसने विधिपूर्वक उनका आतिथ्य-सत्कार किया
tān pādyamadhupakārhān gavārhān satkṛtiṃ gatān | pratyutthāya jarāsaṃdha upatasthe yathāvidhi ||
彼らは、足を洗う水、マドゥパルカの供物、そして牛の贈り物という、古来の歓待の栄誉にふさわしく、どこでも敬意をもって迎えられていた。来訪を見たジャラーサンダは立ち上がって出迎え、定めの作法に従い、しかるべき歓迎の儀を尽くした。
