सर्वेषां दीयतां देयं मुडचन् कोपमदावुभौ । साधु धर्मेति धर्मेति नान्यच्छूयेत भाषितम्,क्रोध और अभिमानसे रहित होकर राजा युधिष्ठिरने अपने सेवकोंसे कह दिया कि 'देनेयोग्य वस्तुएँ सबको दी जायँ अथवा सारी जनताका पावना (ऋण) चुका दिया जाय।' उनके राज्यमें “धर्मराज! आप धन्य हैं। धर्मस्वरूप युधिष्ठिर आपको साधुवाद!” इसके सिवा और कोई बात नहीं सुनी जाती थी

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。「与うべきものは、すべての者に与えよ—怒りと驕り、その二つを捨て去って。」その国においては、ほかの言葉はほとんど聞かれず、ただ繰り返しの讃嘆のみが響いた。「善きかな—ダルマ！ ダルマ！」
