नारद उवाच
The verse highlights sustained reverence (sadopāsanā) toward the highest divine authority and portrays a sacred order where gods and seers gather around the supreme—suggesting that true greatness is aligned with devotion and humility before the cosmic source.
Nārada informs the king that Mahāsena is constantly engaged in worship of the Grandsire, and that Nārāyaṇa and the divine seers are also present there—describing an exalted, divinely attended setting rather than an ordinary royal scene.
