एवमुक्तस्तु देवेन क्रोधमागात्तदार्जुन: । मन्युमभ्याविशद् घोरें स्मृत्वा तत्तु धनंजय:
evam uktas tu devena krodham āgāt tadā'rjunaḥ | manyum abhyāviśad ghoraṁ smṛtvā tat tu dhanañjayaḥ ||
サञ्जयは言った。神なる御方にそのように告げられるや、アルジュナはその瞬間、怒りにとらわれた。あの所業を思い起こして、ダナンジャヤは凄烈な憤怒に呑まれ—戦場の法（ダルマ）の切迫のうちに、その決意はいよいよ固くなった。
