इस प्रकार श्रीमह्ाभारत कर्णपर्वमें दुःशासन और भीमसेनका युद्धविषयक बयासीवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
Iti prakāraḥ Śrīmahābhārate Karṇaparvaṇi Duḥśāsana-bhīmasena-yuddha-viṣayakaḥ dvāśītitamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ.
サンジャヤは言った。「かくして、尊き『マハーバーラタ』のカルナ・パルヴァにおいて、ドゥフシャーサナとビーマセーナの戦いを語る第八十二章は終わりを告げる。」この結語は、戦の道義的地平における決定的な瞬間を示す。長く積もった怨恨と過去の不義が、ついに直接の、個人的な死闘として結実したのである。
