अर्जुनकर्णसंनिपातवर्णनम् / The Convergence of Arjuna and Karṇa
अभिसृत्य च मां युद्धे परुषाण्युक्तवान् बहु । तत्र तत्र युधां श्रेष्ठ परिभूय न संशय:
abhisṛtya ca māṃ yuddhe paruṣāṇy uktavān bahu | tatra tatra yudhāṃ śreṣṭha paribhūya na saṃśayaḥ |
武人の中の最上よ。彼は戦場で私を追い立て、数多の辛辣な言葉を浴びせた。さらに此処彼処で幾度も私を辱めた――疑いようもない。ダナンジャヤよ、今なお私が生きているのは、ただビーマセーナの威力による。これ以上語って何になろう。あの不名誉を、私はどうしても耐えられぬ。
