तमापतन्तं सहसा शूर: शौरिसहायवान् । दधार सहसा पार्थो वेलेव मकरालयम्
tam āpatantaṃ sahasā śūraḥ śaurisahāyavān | dadhāra sahasā pārtho veleva makarālayam ||
サンジャヤは言った。その瞬間、シャウリ（シュリー・クリシュナ）を盟友とする英雄パールタ（アルジュナ）は、突進してくる敵をたちまち押しとどめた。まるで、マカラの住まう大海を岸辺が食い止めるがごとく。
