Cosmic Spectatorship and Vows
सो35तिविद्धो रणे तेन द्रोणपुत्रेण भारत
so 'tividdho raṇe tena droṇaputreṇa bhārata | bhārata! raṇabhūmau droṇaputreṇa atyantaṁ ghāyitaḥ udārabuddhiḥ gāṇḍīvadhārī arjunaḥ samarāṅgaṇe balapūrvakaṁ bāṇavarṣaṁ kṛtvā aśvatthāmānaṁ ācchādayām āsa, tasya dhanuś ca ciccheda ||
サञ्जयは言った。「おお、バーラタよ。戦場にてドローナの子に深く射貫かれながらも、広き心をもつガーンディーヴァの担い手アルジュナは、力強く矢の雨を降らせてアシュヴァッターマンを視界から覆い隠し、さらにその弓をも断ち切った。」
