Transliteration

so 'tividdho maheṣvāsaḥ karṇena balināṃ varaḥ

Translation

サञ्जयは語った。その大弓手――剛勇の中の第一人者――はカルナにより深く射貫かれた。これは戦の趨勢を分ける一瞬であり、武の冴えと宿命とが、戦士の義務に重くのしかかった。
