अर्जुनस्य द्रोणिप्रतिघातः कर्णोपसर्पणं च

एतांश्चान्यांश्व॒ राजेन्द्र प्रवीराज्जयगृद्धिन: । अभ्यर्दयन्महेष्वास: कर्णपुत्रो विशाम्पते
etāṁścānyāṁś ca rājendra pravīrāj jayagṛddhinaḥ | abhyardayan maheṣvāsaḥ karṇaputro viśāmpate ||
サンジャヤは言った。「大王よ、偉大なる弓の達人――カルナの子――は、勝利を渇望するこれらの第一の勇士たちと他の者どもを激しく圧し、戦場のただ中で猛攻を浴びせた。」
