Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | dṛṣṭvā karṇaṃ maheṣvāsaṃ yuyutsuṃ samavasthitam | cukruśuḥ kuravaḥ sarve hṛṣṭarūpāḥ samanantataḥ ||

Translation

サンジャヤは言った。大弓の使い手カルナが、戦いを望み、戦場に堅く立って備えているのを見て、クル族の者たちは四方から歓声を上げた。
