Droṇa Interdicts Sātyaki; Sātyaki’s Breakthrough and Duel with Kṛtavarmā (द्रोण-निवारणम्, सात्यकि-प्रवेशः, कृतवर्म-युद्धम्)
अनतिक्रमणीयो<यं कृतान्तस्याद्भुतो विधि: । मा शुचो भरतश्रेष्ठ दिष्टमेतत् पुरातनम्,कालके इस अद्भुत विधानका उल्लंघन करना असम्भव है। भरतभूषण! शोक त्याग दीजिये। यह सब पुरातन प्रारब्धका फल है
anatikramaṇīyo 'yaṃ kṛtāntasyādbhuto vidhiḥ | mā śuco bharataśreṣṭha diṣṭam etat purātanam ||
サンジャヤは言った。「クリターンタ（死・不可避の宿命）のこの驚くべき法は、決して踏み越えられぬ。嘆かれますな、バラタ族の最上者よ。これは古来の定め——久しく割り当てられた運命が、いま成就しているのです。」
