कृत्स्ना हाक्षीहिणी राजन्‌ सव्यसाची च पाण्डव:

kṛtsnā hy akṣauhiṇī rājan savyasācī ca pāṇḍavaḥ

サンジャヤは言った。「王よ、全きアクシャウヒニー(大軍団)と、パーンダヴァの弓手サヴィヤサーチー(アルジュナ)もまた……」。(この一句は兵力の規模とアルジュナの中心的存在を示し、圧倒的な武威と、主たる戦士が負う道義の重みを際立たせる。)
