द्रोणास्त्रेण महाराज वध्यमाना: परे युधि । नात्रसन्त रणे द्रोणात्‌ सत्त्ववन्तो महारथा:,महाराज! द्रोणाचार्यके अस्त्रसे मारे जानेवाले शत्रुदलके महारथी वीर बड़े धैर्यशाली थे, अतः: वे रणभूमिमें उनसे तनिक भी भयभीत न हुए

Transliteration

droṇāstreṇa mahārāja vadhyamānāḥ pare yudhi | nātrāsan raṇe droṇāt sattvavanto mahārathāḥ ||

Translation

サンジャヤは言った。「大王よ、戦においてドローナの武器により敵方の大車戦士たちが討たれてゆくにもかかわらず、彼らは不屈の勇気を備えた者たちであった。ゆえに戦場において、彼らはドローナを少しも恐れなかった。」
