अति पाण्डवमाचार्यो द्रोणं चाप्पति पाण्डव: । नानयोरन्तरं शक््यं द्रष्टमन्येन केनचित्
ati pāṇḍavam ācāryo droṇaṃ cāppati pāṇḍavaḥ | nānayor antaraṃ śakyaṃ draṣṭum anyena kenacit ||
サञ्जयは言った。師（ドローナ）はまるでパーンダヴァ側に全身を委ねたかのようであり、パーンダヴァの勇士はまたドローナを激しく圧していた。ほかの誰にも、この二人の間に隙や隔たりを見いだすことはできなかった——それほどまでに拮抗し、正面から密着して戦っていたのである。
