स मार्गणगणै: कर्णो दिश: प्रच्छाद्य सर्वश:

sa mārgaṇagaṇaiḥ karṇo diśaḥ pracchādya sarvaśaḥ

サンジャヤは言った。カルナは群れなす矢の斉射をもって、四方八方のあらゆる方角を覆い尽くした――それは圧倒的な武威の顕現であり、武勇と憤怒が節度を凌駕する戦場の道義の闇を、いよいよ濃くした。
