एतयो: शरवर्षेण प्रभग्ना नो महारथा: । वार्यमाणापि कौन्तेय पृतना नावतिष्ठते,'पार्थ! इन दोनोंकी बाण-वर्षासे हमारे महारथियोंके पाँव उखड़ गये हैं। हमारी सेना रोकनेपर भी रुक नहीं रही है”
