अभ्यराजत तेजस्वी शक्रो देवगणेष्विव । उस सेनाको भगाकर प्रतापी धृष्टद्युम्न देवताओंके समूहमें तेजस्वी इन्द्रके समान सुशोभित होने लगे
sañjaya uvāca | abhyarājat tejasvī śakro devagaṇeṣv iva | tāṃ senāṃ bhagākṛtya pratāpī dhṛṣṭadyumnaḥ devatā-samūhe tejasvī indra iva suśobhitum ārabdhavān |
サンジャヤは言った。「光輝に満ち勇猛なるドリシュタデュムナは、その軍を撃ち散らしてのち、神々の群れにおけるインドラのごとく燦然と輝いた。敵の陣形を打ち砕き兵を四散させ、己が戦士たちのただ中にあって、天界のインドラが示す統御の光と同じ威光を放って立っていた。」
