Hearing the reproach of Droṇa and the Sātyaki–Pārṣata dispute
śatānīkas tato dṛṣṭvā bhrātaraṁ hata-vāhanam | rathenābhyapatat tūrṇaṁ sarva-lokasya paśyataḥ ||

The verse highlights kṣatriya battlefield values: loyalty to kin, readiness to intervene when a comrade is disabled, and public accountability—actions are performed ‘in the sight of all,’ binding one to honor and duty.
Śatānīka sees that his brother’s chariot/mount has been destroyed and immediately drives his own chariot swiftly toward him, with the entire host witnessing the move—suggesting an urgent attempt to protect, rescue, or continue the fight on his brother’s behalf.
