दुःशासन-सहदेव-संक्षोभः; भीम-राधेय-गदायुद्धम्; द्रोण-पार्थ-अस्त्रसंग्रामः

द्रोणस्तु परमक्रुद्धों वायव्यास्त्रेण संयुगे

サンジャヤは語った。激戦のただ中で、ドローナは—極度の憤怒にとらわれ—風神の武器ヴァーヤヴィヤ（Vāyavya）のアストラを用いた。この一句は、怒りがいかにして偉大な師にして戦士でさえも恐るべきアストラによって暴力をエスカレートさせ得るかを示し、武人の務めと自己制御とのあいだに倫理的緊張を生むことを浮き彫りにする。
