अमोघशक्तिव्यंसनप्रश्नः — Why Karṇa’s Śakti Was Not Used on Arjuna
तत: सुतौ ते बलिनौ शूरौ दुष्कर्णदुर्मदौ । मुष्टिना55हत्य संक्रुद्धों ममर्द च ननर्द च,फिर आपके बलवान एवं शूरवीर पुत्र दुर्मद और दुष्कर्णको क्रोधमें भरे हुए भीमसेनने मुक्केसे मारकर मसल डाला और वे जोर-जोरसे गर्जना करने लगे
tataḥ sutau te balinau śūrau duṣkarṇa-durmadau | muṣṭinā hatvā saṅkruddho mamarda ca nanarda ca ||
サンジャヤは言った。「そのとき、汝の二人の子—剛力にして勇猛なるドゥシュカルナとドゥルマダ—は、ビーマセーナの拳によって打ち倒された。憤怒に燃える彼は二人を押し潰し、轟く咆哮を上げて、戦場の苛烈な裁きのただ中に己が凄絶な決意を示した。」
