サンジャヤは語った。かくして『聖マハーバーラタ』ドローナ・パルヴァ、ジャヤドラタ討伐の章段において、ブーリシュラヴァスの腕切断を扱う第百四十二章は終わった。この結語は当該挿話の終幕を告げ、戦の暴力が取り返しのつかぬ行為へと帰結し、憤怒と誓願と戦場の必然の狭間で、正しき行いとは何かを問いかけることを際立たせる。
संजय उवाच
