संजय उवाच तव दुर्मन्त्रिते राजन् दुर्योधनकृतेन च । शृणुष्वावहितो भूत्वा यत् ते वक्ष्यामि भारत
sañjaya uvāca | tava durmantrite rājan duryodhana-kṛtena ca | śṛṇuṣvāvahito bhūtvā yat te vakṣyāmi bhārata ||
サンジャヤは言った。「王よ、そなたの誤った策と、ドゥルヨーダナ自身の所業によって、すべてはこのようになった。バーラタよ、これから語ることを心して聞かれよ。」
