Transliteration

tataḥ pāñcālarājasya putraḥ samaradurmadḥ, tadanantaraṃ samarabhumau unmattavat yuddhyamānaḥ pāñcālarājakumāraḥ dhṛṣṭadyumnaḥ tathā rājā vasudānaś ca pāṇḍavasenāṃ āhūya pratyuvāca— “yoddhāraḥ! āgacchata, dhāvata, śīghratayā praharata; yena raṇadurmadāḥ sātyakiḥ sukhapūrvakaṃ agre gacchet. yataḥ bahavaḥ kauravā mahārathā enam parājetuṃ yatayiṣyante.”

Translation

サンジャヤは言った。ついでパンチャーラ王の子—戦に猛り、戦酔いしたドリシュタデュムナ—は、ヴァスダーナ王とともに戦場のパーンダヴァ軍へ呼びかけた。「武勇の士よ、来たれ！ 走り出て、すみやかに打ちかかれ。戦に猛るサーティヤキが安らかに前進できるようにせよ。多くのカウラヴァの大車戦士が、彼を討ち倒そうと努めるであろうからだ。」
