Droṇa-parva Adhyāya 114 — Karṇa–Bhīmasena Missile Exchange, Disarmament, and Arjuna’s Intervention
अनेकयोनयश्चान्ये तथा मानुषयोनय: । 'वे कर्कश स्वभाववाले तथा श्रेष्ठ योद्धा हैं। उन्होंने काले लोहेके बने हुए कवच धारण कर रखे हैं। उनमेंसे बहुत-से दस्यु गायोंके पेटसे उत्पन्न हुए हैं। कितने ही बंदरियोंकी संतानें हैं। कुछ ऐसे भी हैं, जिनमें अनेक योनियोंका सम्मिश्रण है तथा कितने ही मानव-संतान भी हैं

サञ्जयは、陣中に集う奇怪にして恐るべき戦士たちをなお語り続けた。ある者は種々の胎より生まれたかのごとき、混じり合った異様な出生を持ち、またある者は人として生まれた者である。性は荒々しいが、武においては卓絶し、黒鉄の鎧を身に帯びている。その中には、牛の腹より生まれたと伝えられるダスユが多く、雌猿の子孫もあり、さらに多様な出生が交じり合う者もいて、人の子も少なくない。
